KENTUCKY REPRESENTATIVE
Dr. Mark Flesch retired from practice in 2000, and presently teaches at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He has 24 years experience in private practice, and has personally dealt with issues of mergers, associateships and disability. His experience as a practicing dentist enables him to provide a unique perspective in practice transitions.

He is an active member of the American Dental Association and a past president of Keely Dental Society in Butler County, Ohio. In addition, he is an alumnus of the L. D. Pankey Institute, and has been a member of numerous dental organizations and study clubs while a practicing dentist in Fairfield, Ohio.

KENTUCKY REPRESENTATIVE
Denise Simmel is a 1981 graduate of Spencerian College. She has 18 years of experience in the healthcare field and 10 years experience specifically in healthcare management and consulting. In addition, Denise has extensive skill and knowledge in practice communications, practice marketing and insurance evaluation and recommendation.

She is an active member of the American Dental Sales National Association of Health Underwriters and the Louisville Association of Health Underwriters.
