Don Zimmerman

Don Zimmerman, President of Practice Impact, Inc. has over 30 years of experience serving the dental profession. With his aptitude in finance, accounting and dental office operations, he is uniquely positioned to provide expert, fair and accurate appraisals. Don is a highly competent facilitator whose expertise has resulted in hundreds of profitable and amicable transitions. Don is a founding member of American Dental Sales, Inc., a national network of the most experienced and qualified dental practice brokers in the country.

 

Kandace Zimmerman

Kandace Zimmerman, Vice President of Practice Impact, Inc. has developed an excellent team of professionals to assist you in the sales and purchasing process. With her strong background in marketing, clients may expect the very best representation of their practices. Kandace has over 20 years of experience in practice sales and transitions; her fine-tuned skills in negotiation, based on a “win-win” philosophy, have united numerous buyers and sellers. During her tenure with Practice Impact, Kandace previously and concurrently held the office of Director of Marketing for American Dental Sales, Inc. and served on its Executive Committee for five years.

 
         

Jim Boltz

Jim Boltz is a principal of Practice Impact, Inc and is also Vice President of Zimmerman, Boltz and Company, an accounting firm that has specialized in providing financial, tax and practice management strategies for dentists since 1974.  Jim is a member of the Academy of Dental CPAs and is actively involved in the practice management program at The Ohio State University School of Dentistry.  Jim brings 20 plus years experience related to all aspects of practice transitions, associate buy-ins and practice valuations.  His involvement in hundreds of transitions makes him vastly aware of the intricacies necessary to facilitate a fair and equitable experience.

 

Paul Hudanick

Paul Hudanick is a principal of Practice Impact, Inc., and, as a transition specialist, has over 15 years of small business ownership in addition to 20 years of sales experience.  Paul’s background securely qualifies him for assuring our selling doctors of a trouble free and effortless transition.  Along with strong attention to detail, Paul’s top-notch customer service skills provide our buying doctors with a worry-free experience through the entire purchasing process.  Paul is remarkably knowledgeable and is able to provide services that truly and positively separate our firm from the competition.
